Products Introduction
GE Multilin 239 is a digital motor protection relay developed by GE Vernova (Multilin). It is used for comprehensive protection of three-phase AC motors and associated mechanical equipment. This is a legacy discontinued relay, widely deployed in MCC cabinets for motor condition monitoring, fault alarm and trip control. It supports independent starting and running thermal protection curves, and can be equipped with optional RTD temperature monitoring and analog output.
Key Features
Independent start and run thermal protection model with 15 overload curves
Protection functions: overload, locked rotor, stall, phase unbalance, undercurrent, short circuit, ground fault
Optional 3-channel RTD input for stator and bearing temperature monitoring
Optional 4-20mA analog output for remote signal transmission
RS485 communication, Modbus RTU protocol for SCADA connection
LCD display + keypad for local parameter setting and fault check
Built-in trip, alarm and programmable auxiliary relay outputs
Conformal coating option available for harsh industrial environments
