PLC and DCS modules are core brain of automated production lines. Reasonable routine maintenance can effectively reduce unexpected failure frequency and extend component service life.

Keep control cabinet interior clean: dust accumulation is one major cause of short-circuit and contact failure. Regular dust removal shall be conducted under power-off status. Control cabinet temperature shall be kept within 10-30℃; avoid excessive high temperature caused by poor heat dissipation. Prevent moisture and corrosive gas invasion from workshop environment. Check terminal connection screws regularly to avoid loose wiring caused by long-term mechanical vibration.

Do not hot-swap modules arbitrarily unless hardware explicitly supports hot-swap function. Store standby spare-parts in dry constant-temperature warehouse, avoid long-term exposure to humid environment. When failures occur, do not disassemble circuit boards privately, otherwise original-product warranty will be invalidated.
